Cancelling your subscription will stop the auto-renewal process that normally happens when your Membership period ends. However, your Membership will continue until the end of the active period. If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store: Open the Settings app Tap on your name Tap "Subscriptions" Select the Headspace subscription Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play" Tap Subscriptions Find the subscription you want to cancel Tap Cancel

First, check if your Metty app is updated. If the issue persists, log out and log back into your account. If this doesn’t help, follow these steps: If you purchased through the Apple Store or Google Play Store, ensure that the respective store is open on your device and that you are logged into the account used for the purchase. Then, click the "Restore My Purchases" button on the payment page to activate your account. You can also contact our support team at helpme@metty.appfor assistance.
You can access your account from any device, but ensure your Metty Profile page is fully completed, including login and password. Switching from iOS to Android: Since the new device does not have the Apple Store, you must cancel your subscription via Apple. You can do so through iTunes: support.apple.com Switching from Android to iOS: Since the new device does not have Google Play, you must cancel your subscription via Google: support.google.com If you no longer have access to your old device, contact our support team at helpme@metty.app to cancel the subscription on your behalf. Once your current paid period ends, you can subscribe again via the app or website. For activation of an already paid subscription on a new device, contact helpme@metty.app, and we will be happy to assist you.
